Shipping Policy

You ordered that premium changing pad cover because the old one just met an unfortunate blowout. Or you need that nursing pillow cover before your next feeding marathon. We get it — timing is everything.

Processing time:
1–2 business days. Unless we’re having a warehouse blanket‑folding party (spoiler: we love folding them). If there’s any delay, we’ll personally let you know.

Shipping options:

• Standard (3–7 business days): For the organized ones. You’ve got this.

• Expedited (2–3 business days): For when you realize you’re running out of clean covers (we’ve been there).

• Overnight: For emergencies — like the dog ate your changing mat. We won’t ask questions.

Where we ship:
USA only. To Alaska and Hawaii — we love you, but shipping might cost as much as a blanket. We’ll be upfront about it.

Tracking:
You’ll get a tracking number. If it says “delivered” but you can’t find it, look:

• On the porch (obviously)

• Behind the plant

• With the neighbor (who has your other packages)

• Under the pile of mail you haven’t opened

Missing or damaged?
Email us within 5 days with a photo. We’ll send a replacement or a full refund — plus a little apology note and maybe a discount.

On orders over $[X]. Because we think you deserve that extra nursing pillow cover — you know, for backup.
